VehiGo (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website and services in Sri Lanka.

Information we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), booking dates and locations, payment references from PayHere, licence documents you upload for self-drive verification, and basic usage logs needed to secure the service.

How we use it

We use your data to create accounts, process bookings, verify licences, communicate about trips, prevent fraud, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

Relevant booking details are shared with the vehicle owner (and driver for hiring trips). Payment processors (PayHere) and infrastructure providers (e.g. Supabase, Cloudflare) process data under their own terms to deliver the service.

Retention & rights

We retain booking and payment records as required for accounting and dispute resolution. You may request access or correction of your profile data via the Contact page or your account settings.
