By creating an account or booking on VehiGo you agree to these terms. VehiGo connects vehicle owners, drivers, and renters in Sri Lanka for self-drive rentals and with-driver hiring.

1. Platform role

VehiGo provides the marketplace, booking, and payment facilitation. The vehicle owner remains responsible for the condition of the vehicle, accurate listing details, and (for hiring) assigning a qualified driver.

2. Eligibility

Self-drive renters must hold a valid licence and, if required, a validated International Driving Permit. You must be of legal driving age in Sri Lanka and able to meet any owner-stated requirements on the listing.

3. Bookings and payment

Prices are shown in LKR. Payment is processed securely via PayHere. Booking confirmation depends on availability locks and, where applicable, owner acceptance. Security deposits for self-drive trips are held as described on the vehicle page.

4. Conduct

You agree to use vehicles lawfully, return them in the agreed condition, and treat owners and drivers respectfully. Misuse, illegal activity, or fraud may result in cancellation without refund and account suspension.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VehiGo is not liable for indirect losses arising from trips arranged through the platform. Insurance coverage and excess terms are those disclosed for each vehicle.
